Our Minister — Randy W. Harris
Randy
hails from Pampa, Texas, a small town in the panhandle about 50 miles north
of Amarillo. He graduated from Pampa High in 1984, attended the University
of Texas at Austin, and eventually graduated from Lubbock Christian University
in 1989 with a bachelor's in Business Communication & Public Relations.

After working in publishing for a few years, Randy entered Sunset International Bible Institute in Lubbock, Texas, where he completed two years of work in biblical and ministry related subjects as the valedictorian in 1995. In May 2007, Randy earned a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Interpretation from Lubbock Christian.
His first job in ministry was with South Plains Church of Christ in Lubbock as the College Minister where he served for two years.
After graduating from SIBI, Randy and his family moved to Seminole, Texas, to work as pulpit minister. After two years, he took a job in Fayette, Alabama, with Central Church of Christ.
Randy and his wife, Kellie, resigned from Central in April 2000 and, with 40 other people, established Crossview Community Church in downtown Fayette where they have just celebrated their eighth anniversary. In addition to serving at Crossview, Kellie is the Project Coordinator for Upward Bound at Bevill State Community College, and Randy is an Adjunct Professor of Religion teaching Old and New Testament Survey, also at Bevill.
Randy and Kellie have three children: Aspen, Madison, and Dakota. Both Randy and Kellie love sports, including softball, racquetball, fishing, and spending time with family. Contact Randy here with any questions or comments.
